Individual and couples therapy provide powerful avenues to bring about positive change in your life and relationships - at any age. Successful therapy offers new awareness and insight into your actions, thoughts, and feelings, and relational patterns, and helps you learn more effective ways of thinking, behaving, and communicating.

Women often find themselves moving through periods of transition while simultaneously balancing the needs, expectations, and relationships around them. At different stages of life, this can involve questions related to identity, partnership, parenting, caregiving, work, aging, separation or divorce, changing family dynamics, or simply a growing sense that something internally no longer feels quite aligned. Many high-functioning women spend years focused on managing responsibilities and caring for others, while privately feeling emotionally overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, or uncertain about what they themselves need.
I work with women across adulthood and have a particular interest in helping clients navigate these periods of transition with greater self-understanding, flexibility, and self-compassion. Contemporary developmental research emphasizes that growth and meaningful change remain possible throughout adulthood, and that midlife and beyond can be a particularly rich time for reflection, re-calibration, and renewed purpose. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect more thoughtfully on long-standing patterns, relationships, and sources of stress, and explore new ways of moving forward while honoring the strengths and resilience you already bring.
