At different times during their lives women experience periods of transition and change while balancing
identity, relationships, and expectations — both internal and external. Therapy offers a space for reflection, self-understanding, and growth, helping women recognize patterns and consider changes that support emotional well-being, positive relationships, and sense of self.

Women often find themselves moving through periods of transition while simultaneously balancing the needs, expectations, and relationships around them. At different stages of life, this can involve questions related to identity, life goals, partnership, becoming a parent, care-giving, work, aging, changing family dynamics including separation and divorce. Sometimes there is simply a growing sense that something internally does not feel quite aligned. Many high-functioning women successfully manage busy lives and responsibilities while seeking a stronger connection to their own needs, emotional well-being, and sense of fulfillment, wishing for greater balance, emotional connection, and clarity about what supports them personally.

I work with women of all ages and have a particular interest in helping clients navigate periods of change, uncertainty, and re-evaluation with greater perspective and emotional balance. Growth throughout life at different stages offers meaningful opportunities for reflection, renewed priorities, and personal development. Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and sources of stress, while exploring in a safe space potential new ways of moving through life with greater intention, resilience, and connection to oneself.
